My coaching philosophy starts with making an investment in you via EMC’s free 30-day trial. Anyone can make himself or herself look good on paper (or screen), I want to give you the opportunity to see what I have to offer as your “assistant coach”. I also believe that coaching should be affordable, that is why I developed the Self-Coaching Assistant Program. I firmly believe that this program provides the right balance of guidance and insight (and even a little hand holding at times). The money you save from this coaching program can be invested in other areas of your sport (i.e. that bike you have been eyeing) or put to good use in other areas of your life. All my coaching programs are 100% customized to fit the athlete’s lifestyle. I believe in rapid communication, as I know how frustrating it can be to wait for an answer to an important training question. As they say, “talk is cheap”; give EMC a try with our free 30-day trial and see if we are the right fit for you.
